UK food and bakery processing equipment specialist Interfood Technology has acquired Creeds Direct, bringing together two established UK businesses with complementary strengths across bakery equipment and sundries.

Creeds Direct will continue to operate independently under its existing name, retaining its own team, customer relationships and specialist focus. Interfood says the priority for existing Creeds customers remains familiar contacts, personal service and value for money.

For Interfood, the move extends its bakery portfolio beyond its current processing, preparation, inspection and packaging solutions, adding the equipment and sundries range that Creeds Direct has built its reputation on. The combined offer is intended to cover a broader spread of bakery applications and day-to-day production needs, from artisanal operations through to industrial-scale manufacturers across the UK and Ireland.
