CSM Ingredients has launched Creami, a filling range aimed at bakery, pastry and confectionery professionals across eight European markets: Italy, Germany, France, Benelux, Spain, Portugal, the UK and Poland. Further international expansion is planned.

The range spans smooth, creamy and structured textures, with flavours including pistachio, hazelnut, cocoa and white chocolate. It is designed for filling, layering and decorating applications, with bake-stable options available alongside standard variants.

Creami is the direct result of combining two companies now operating under the Nexture group. Sipral Group, acquired by Nexture and known for its high-quality fillings, contributed its production expertise, while CSM Ingredients brought knowledge of the artisanal bakery sector. Two of the range's flavours, Crunchy Pistachio and Crunchy Hazelnut, include caramelised Kataifi inclusions, a speciality made possible through Casa della Mandorla, a Nexture company focused on nuts, dried fruit and pralines.

Nexture CEO Valerie Diele-Braun described the launch as an example of what the group's structure is designed to produce:

"Following the acquisition of Sipral Group, we started working together with CSM Ingredients' teams to develop this new range that can now reach bakery and pastry professionals across multiple geographies."

CSM Ingredients operates eight manufacturing plants, three innovation centres and one open innovation hub, serving customers in more than 120 countries.

Its brand portfolio includes MeisterMarken, Craigmillar, Arkady and Artisal, among others. Nexture's broader group encompasses Sipral, Casa della Mandorla, HIFOOD, Frulact, Italcanditi, Comprital and several other ingredient businesses.
