Renshaw has secured a listing with Tesco, placing 10 new products into selected stores from 5 May, the brand's largest retail push since its acquisition by British Bakels.

The range spans three distinct categories. The At Home Dessert Kits are exclusive to Tesco and arrive in four formats: Sicilian Lemon and Belgian White Chocolate Cheesecake, Belgian White Chocolate Cookie, Belgian Chocolate Mousse and Belgian Chocolate Loaded Doughnut.

The fruit fillings, strawberry, blueberry and dark cherry, are 300g and positioned as a first-to-market product containing 50% real fruit.

Completing the range is a set of multipack ready-to-roll fondant icings in three colourways: Pastel, Natural and Neon, each offering five 100g portions at £3.50.

James Cawthorne, Managing Director of British Bakels, described the listing as "a major milestone," adding that it reflects the investment being made behind the brand under Bakels ownership.

A trade campaign will run across paid social, retail media and in-store activation, with Good Food and Easy Cook named as media partners. Cake artists Suzanne Thorpe of The Frostery and Andrew Fuller of Sugar Freak Show are involved in content creation for the campaign.

Renshaw was established in 1898 and is now part of British Bakels, itself a division of the international Bakels Group.
