This move strengthens Martin Braun-Gruppe’s Frozen Bakery Division, marking an exciting new chapter in its global growth strategy.

Since its founding in 1983, Hoff’s Bakery has built a stellar reputation for producing premium-quality cakes, desserts and its signature dome-shaped creations. These fully finished frozen delights are widely distributed to retail and food service customers across the US. The company’s dedication to craftsmanship and innovation aligns seamlessly with Martin Braun-Gruppe’s commitment to excellence in the bakery sector.

With this acquisition, Martin Braun-Gruppe enhances its position as a ‘specialist for specialties’ within the premium frozen bakery sector. Christian Tomasch, COO of the Frozen Bakery Division, highlighted the strategic importance of the deal
