Interfood Technology has announced a new partnership with Italian bakery equipment manufacturer Domatic Sartori, integrating the company's dough shaping lines into Interfood's Bakery division.

Domatic Sartori was founded in the 1970s, with roots in precision mechanics and automation for the baking industry. The company now designs and manufactures customised industrial bakery lines, combining patented R&D with a focus on efficiency and flexibility. Its product range spans automatic divider rounders through to fully integrated dough shaping lines capable of producing a broad range of baked goods at scale.

The partnership will give UK and Irish bakery customers access to Domatic Sartori's dough handling and shaping systems through Interfood Technology's Bakery division, headed by James Fitch. According to Fitch, the two companies have already been working together informally ahead of the formal agreement.

Domatic Sartori's lines are designed to handle both artisanal and industrial production requirements, with the manufacturer citing consistency and product integrity as central engineering priorities alongside throughput.

For Interfood Technology, the agreement extends a bakery equipment portfolio that already covers multiple food manufacturing sectors. The company says the addition of Domatic Sartori's technology reflects its broader strategy of offering complete, tailored solutions to production facilities looking to scale without sacrificing product quality.
