Breeøsh - The Scandinavian Bakery produces filled brioche buns that combine restaurant-quality savoury fillings with artisan baking techniques. Their chefs prepare each filling from scratch before baking it inside brioche designed to complement the dish. The products serve hot or cold and require minimal preparation.

Builín Blasta, based in Galway, operates as both an Irish language café and food manufacturer. The company focuses on gourmet condiments produced in small batches. Additional products include Spicy Smoked Onion Mayo, Smoked Onion Salsa, Pineapple Chilli Chutney and three handcrafted dressings.
