Swedish industrial group Dacke Industri completed the acquisition of 85% of Divardy Bakery Services B.V. on 10 July 2026. The Dutch company, headquartered in Nieuwegein, designs and manufactures customised conveyor systems and engineered solutions for industrial bakeries and also supplies aftermarket services and spare parts to an established international installed base.

Divardy employs around 40 people and generates annual turnover of approximately EUR 9 million. The business will sit within Dacke Industri's Precision & Protection division alongside existing subsidiaries operating in technical manufacturing niches.

Kenneth Carlsson, President of the Precision & Protection division and newly appointed Chairman of Divardy Bakery Services, cited the company's engineering depth and market position as the basis for the fit. David Rijke, CEO and co-owner of Divardy, indicated the acquisition provides a growth platform while the company retains its operational identity.

Dacke Industri operates a decentralised model across 35 subsidiaries and four divisions, with around 2,000 employees and net sales of SEK 5 billion. The group has been owned by Swedish investment company Nordstjernan since 2016.
