For more than 35 years, Flavex has specialized in the gentle production of plant extracts using supercritical CO2 as a natural solvent. All products are developed, produced and certified at the company’s site in Rehlingen-Siersburg / Germany, near the borders of France and the Benelux countries.

The clean, environmentally friendly CO2 extraction technology preserves the full spectrum of sensitive ingredients and bioactive substances of herbs and spices, such as antioxidants, natural flavors, essential oils and special fatty oils. Flavex offers a wide selection of vegan, organic, halal and kosher certified products.

CO2 extracts are all natural. Genuine extracts contain only ingredients of the declared plant raw material. Most extracts are characterized by high concentration of ingredients and consequently low dosage. The antioxidant extracts of rosemary and sage can even help stabilize your products in terms of microbiology and oxidation.
