Lesaffre has appointed Edouard Gestat as Marketing Director of Baking with Lesaffre, drawing on 24 years in food ingredients and 15 years within the Lesaffre group.

Grant targets small businesses, craft bakers and research institutes developing sustainable solutions in circular economy, waste reduction and energy efficiency. Applications open to EU, EFTA, UK and Turkey-based organisations with turnover under €10 million.
